HOW WOMEN CAN BETTER SUPPORT
EACH OTHER: Mentoring is a vital tool
for supporting women as they enter into a
new profession. I have personally benefited
from the mentorship of great women within
JBBG. It is crucial that we give each other
perspective, guidance and compassion as
we navigate the challenges of our lives and
careers. We all benefit from helping each
other succeed. – Rachel
I HOPE MORE WOMEN WILL: Support
and encourage one another to achieve their
goals. I've been lucky to have great female
mentors and examples who pushed me to
succeed. My biggest cheerleader has been
my mom, who went back to college when I
was 4 years old. She taught me that I could
be anything. I hope that I can be the same
