We improve lives by building, modernizing and maintaining good affordable housing for families here in Macon-Bibb County. We also partner with dozens of local agencies and companies to bring services to many of our neighborhoods for ease of access. WHAT ARE YOU MOST EXCITED ABOUT FOR THE COMING YEAR? We are very excited to continue our work in the new Tindall Fields neighborhood. When complete, the site will represent over $50 million in new, modern affordable housing where 270 seniors and families will live and prosper. WHEN ARE YOU MOST PROUD OF ABOUT YOUR BUSINESS? We are very proud of our many part- nerships including our newly formed partnership with Middle Georgia State University's MGA Direct program, which offers many terrific features and opportunities for our employees wishing to pursue higher education. Additionally, Middle Georgia State University has pledged scholarship money for residents of Tindall Fields. YOU MIGHT BE SURPRISED THAT: Our employees can volunteer at Day Break and Ingram-Pye Elementary for up to four hours a month without taking personal time off – and they do it routinely. It's another way we give back to the community. Live Well 2020 SUBMITTED PHOTO
