Instructor Jenny Fox (pictured): Yoga is a gateway of self-discovery for me. Teaching yoga provides me with an environment to help others. My goal is to provide a therapeutic, non- judgmental experience to my clients. AIReal Yoga has deepened my practice in many ways. It opens the body by using the swing as a prop in order to attain more flexibility, balance, strength and body control, allowing for more accessibility to poses that may be less attainable in a regular floor practice. HOW DOES SPARKS YOGA IMPROVE LIVES? Megan: We strive to create a space in which people feel supported to try yoga for the first time or to advance their practice. Our studio is a place for every level, every age, and every body type to feel welcome to practice. Yoga has so many healing benefits, but the short of it is that yoga helps you feel better, more alive and more present. Not only does Sparks have the best of the best teachers to lead classes, but we also have such a nurturing, welcoming community surrounding us. HOW DO YOU UNWIND? Megan: My husband, Josh, and I love to escape to the beach when we can. It's instant relaxation. And of course, I love to practice yoga. That's a must!
